I thought I would also answer a couple questions about the blog that I have gotten so far. The first one I get is "will you be documenting the things you do to prove that you did them?" Oh yea. I got a regular camera and a video camera on the way, so I will make sure it is documented. My hope is to get girlfriend/roommates/friends to tag along with me to make sure it all gets captured. I will then take the video and pictures and get them up on the site for your viewing pleasure.
The second question I've gotten is "are you going to do everything that is suggested?" I hope to. But I am guessing it will get to a point where I will receive waaaaaay more requests than I am capable for. So here was my thought. Each week, I will create a poll on the site with 15-20 suggestions of things I should do, then you all vote on those, then the top 8-10 things voted on, I will do. We are going to American Idol on this site...user voting!
That being said, these first couple weeks, while the momentum builds, there will not be as many suggestions, so I need you all to keep them coming in! I should hopefully be able to do most of the stuff given to me in the first couple weeks, so jump on it!
There is one cool suggestion that I got last night that I may be starting to work on early, so stay tuned to the blog to get updates on that.
Finally, please become a follower of this blog on the right side of the page. I also have a link to my twitter site, so please follow that as well. I am hoping to write a blog entry 1 or 2 times a day, but I will update twitter often while I'm out on "assignment" doing things. It's good fun.
